Actions can be added off goals, response goals, timers and rules and are triggered by contacts when they achieve the goal or response goal, process though the timer, or match the rule criteria the action is added off.
The types of actions available for use in your campaign will vary based on whether you are using an old or new campaign.

There are many different types of actions available for use in your campaign:
