Mass update is a function not widely used, however, is incredibly useful when you need to update contact primary fields in bulk. Mass update is rarely used to update unique fields such as First Name, but is more commonly used to update non unique fields such as State.

Instructions

1 - Navigate to the contact section of MOBIT

2 - Select the contacts you would like to update, then from the action drop down, select Mass Update

3 - Enter the values you would like to update, then click the 'Update' Button
